'For any lover of rice, this book must be in your repertoire. Why? Because not only is it everything you need to know about rice but it's also packed with ideas of how to use it!'Ken Hom, CBE A stunning celebration of rice with over 100 recipes from Malaysia and her neighbours, from Ping Coombes, guest judge on MasterChef. Rice is a symbol of life, prosperity and abundance in many Southeast Asian countries and a staple food all across the world.
