Order & Shipping
We usually ship your items on the next business day. Usually they arrive with you within 1-3 days – fast, reliable and carbon-neutral with DHL.

Unfortunately, no. Many of our items and books are one-of-a-kind – only when you order does it really become yours.

Payment & Invoice

Absolutely! We work with trusted payment service providers like PayPal, Stripe or Klarna and encrypted connections – your data is in good hands with us.

Return & Complaint
Yes. If something doesn't suit you, you can return items within 14 days. Just send us a brief message: Contact Form
For returns, you bear the return shipping costs. If the book arrives damaged or defective, of course we'll cover it. In that case, please contact us: Contact Form
We're sorry about that! Please send us a photo and your order number to our customer service – we'll take care of a replacement or refund right away.

Products & Quality Levels
Our used books, music and films come from various reputable sources: for example from specialized libraries, publisher stock liquidations and selected wholesalers. This ensures that we can offer you a wide selection of used media in good condition. Every item is carefully inspected by our team before it goes on sale.
Every item, whether book, vinyl record or DVD, goes through a visual inspection before storage. We check for completeness, readability and overall appearance. Books that are no longer suitable for sale are donated or recycled.
We distinguish between Like New, Very Good, Good and Acceptable. This way you'll know exactly what condition your book or media arrives in. If you're not satisfied with the condition of your delivery, you can return the items risk-free through our 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
Sustainability
Very sustainable: every used book saves resources for paper, water and energy. Additionally, we extend the lifespan of already-produced media through reuse, which means fewer new products need to be manufactured.
We pack your orders safely in cardboard boxes or mailing bags. Currently we still use some envelopes with plastic cushioning, but we're working on implementing more sustainable alternatives. Our shipping is via DHL GoGreen, which offsets the CO₂ emissions generated during transport.
