He has been working for the United Nations and central government for over 25 years. Currently he is a senior program officer for business management and leadership development, teaching and doing research at International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ILO). Dr. Zu holds a PhD in business and management from Nottingham University Business School, specializing in CSR, sustainable enterprise development, social entrepreneurship and sustainable leadership.
