Tanz ist eine persönliche, individuelle, nonverbale, psycho-physische Ausdrucks-Bewegung, die eine enge Beziehung zur Musik aufweist. Um Tanz kompetent zu unterrichten, werden breite theoretische Grundkenntnisse in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern benötigt, z.B. in Choreografie, Pädagogik, Projektarbeit, tänzerisch-musikalischen Grundlagen, Tanztraining, Bewegungslehre, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung oder Sozialpsychologie.
