I grew up in London. I was born premature with 11 holes in my heart and 0 percent chance to live. But here I am, the holes closed, but I've always had a weak heart. Due to my heart I've never been able to really keep a full-time job. I tire easily and have hypotension seizures. Eleven years ago, I was losing my eyesight due to the seizures. Somehow through meditation and yoga I regained a bit of my eyesight.I've always loved cooking for my family and friends. Everyone including my husband always says I should open my own restaurant. I wish I could, but I know I would never have the stamina to succeed, so I came up with a plan B and wrote this cookbook, hoping to share my love of cooking with all of you. I will be posting step by step videos on YouTube. So join me in the the kitchen, and let's have fun cooking together!
