Pyne, Rob
Rob studied psychology at University College London, specialising in human judgement and decision-making. In 1997, he quit his PhD to move to Australia and surf. He joined the world of advertising, rising to become Chief Strategy Officer of global agency Initiative. After a series of leadership roles, Rob set up training firm Realizer in 2013, with a mission to help the world make better decisions. He discovered thatthe best way to improve decision-making is to work with leadership teams - to unlock their collective intelligence. This book is based on the latest research into leadership teams, and Rob's insights from working with more than 50 teams and hundreds of leaders.
