He began working as a medical photographer and later taught at Canadian universities. His work has been exhibited worldwide - including in Berlin, Paris, New York, and Toronto.Fred Herzog (1930-2019), who grew up in Stuttgart, Germany,immigrated to Vancover, Canada, in 1953, where he initiallyworked as a medical photographer.
