Produktinformationen "The Princess of Cyres Hill"

This princess tale was inspired by a postcard and the newly acquired British accent of my first granddaughter who lived near Exeter England for a brief time with her family. The Princess Imogen lived in a castle on Cyres Hill and roamed the countryside daily and discovered beauty and majestic wonders. She was beloved by everyone and her legend grew over the centuries. Join Imogen as she plays and plays on Cyres Hill and beyond. She would love to bring you along.

Pamela McGee Wilkinson

Since 1985 I have been writing poetry, skits, scripts, roadshows, newsletters, speeches, new lyrics to popular tunes for talent shows and plays and my draft of a screenplay. Writing has been a wonderful creative outlet for me. It started in high school when a biography I was required to write of a classmate received special attention. I believe also that my paternal grandmother had an affect on my writing journey. Since my childhood, I sat at her knee or cuddled up in her bed with my other siblings as she quoted her numerous poems from memory. I loved her style and humor and I have tried to mimic it to this day.I live in Southern Utah USA where my constant mountainous views include Zion National Park. I am the widow of Ken, mother of three and the grandmother of eight.

Class members were asked to call them up and interview them over the phone and collect interesting details about their childhood, hobbies, etc.A week after the biographies were turned in, the teacher announced that she was impressed with many of the biographies, but one stood out as the best example of capturing the personality of her subject and utilizing her natural skills as an interviewer. As the years followed, Pamela would find many opportunities to use her writing skills, namely; poetry, skits, newsletters, roadshows, newspaper articles, and writing new lyrics for existing music for plays and talent shows. She currently lives in the St. George Utah area. She is the widow of Kenneth M. Wilkinson, mother of three and grandmother of eight.
