Konzernrechnung
Das Buch beschreibt und erklärt im Theorieteil (169 Seiten) die Vorgehensweisen zur Erstellung einer Konzernrechnung anhand der OR-Vorschriften (Stand: 01.01.2023) und der Bestimmungen in Swiss GAAP FER 30 (Stand: 01.01.2024). Zunächst werden die vorbereitenden Arbeiten thematisiert. Danach werden die Vollkonsolidierung (ohne und mit Minderheitsanteilen), die Quotenkonsolidierung und die Equity Methode detailliert vorgestellt und mit Zahlenbeispielen veranschaulicht. Der Theorieteil endet mit Ausführungen zum konsolidierten Eigenkapitalnachweis und den Besonderheiten betreffend des Anhangs der Konzernrechnung.

Sloterdijk - Aristokratisches Mittelmaß & zynische Dekadenz
